Where does the company operate from?

Premium Paw Products is Australia Owned and Operated. Our HQ is located out of Sydney, NSW which is where our warehouse is also located.

 

What types of payment do you accept

We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards, PayPal etc.

 

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free Australia wide for all orders

How long is delivery?

We will ship your orders out as quickly as we possibly can. When your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email letting you know it's in transit.

What happens if my product arrives defected?

We pride ourselves in the quality of our products and conduct quality assurance tests before dispatch. However, we cannot ensure a safe delivery. If your item arrived with an issue, please Contact Us within 30 days and we will do our best to sort it out.
